DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA): 1 – 4 BUSINESS DAYS
Domestic Express Shipping Fee:$15
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING: 5 – 30 BUSINESS DAYS
International Standard Shipping Fee:Start from $26
Shipping times may vary and can take anywhere between 2 - 21 business days for your order to arrive. Please note, your goods may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Cheez is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Cheez you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
Return Policy
Please note that due to hygiene concerns of the dental care products we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at cheez.dentalcare@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unused, with all original items.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cheez.dentalcare@gmail.com.

All shipping fee expenses including return and redelivery will be covered by the customer.
