Tracking says delivered

If your parcel is missing, please check around your property, including around all entrances and garage, to see if it was tucked away out of sight. I'd also recommend checking with the people who live with you as well as your neighbours.

If your order is still not found, then the next step is for you to contact the carrier. Please provide them with your tracking number and any other details requested. They'll be able to provide more information, as sometimes parcels are held for collection at a nearby post office.

If your parcel is still missing once you have contacted the carrier, please get in touch with us via our email with a case/reference number so we can investigate this further.
